Shipping
Once an order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Orders will be processed and shipped within 7 business days. We are a very small operation and appreciate your patience :) Once your order has shipped, you will receive another confirmation email with tracking information from the courier.
If you need to cancel an order, please email us ASAP at cs@turquoisegolf.com so we can cancel the order before it is processed and shipped.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with any part of your order, we want to make it right. You may return merchandise for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, merchandise must be unused and in original condition.
To initiate a return, please email us at: cs@turquoisegolf.com. We will send you a return shipping label, free of charge. Please note, however, shipping charges previously incurred during checkout are nonrefundable.
Exchanges
If you want to make an exchange, please follow our return policy and simply place a new order for the desired item. This will ensure your new item is in stock and arrives to you as soon as possible.
